He Provides administrative backbone support for day to day business at our Miami office location. As our lead customer service agent, Erick helps our tenants to help units get appropriate maintenance with our own network, help with rent payment issues and handle tenant complaints. The newest team member is slowly becoming one of our most known associates in the field.
